3. Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe or similar providers. Those providers handle sensitive payment credentials directly. Momentra does not store full credit card details.

Momentra may use analytics tools and equivalent web technologies for performance monitoring, usage analytics, and security. Web properties may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Users can manage cookie preferences through browser settings where applicable.
5. Data sharing
Momentra may share data with cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics services, and vendors that support platform operations. Momentra does not sell personal data.
6. Biometric and image recognition tools
Momentra may process facial data when a user uploads a photo to search for themselves. Processing may include facial feature detection, creation of comparison vectors, and matching against event datasets. This processing is used solely to help users locate photos and not for identity verification, surveillance, or profiling.
7. User rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of their account. Requests may be submitted to privacy@momentra.com.
8. Data retention
Momentra retains account, transaction, support, and safety-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
9. Apple App Store compliance
Facial recognition features, where available, are optional, require user action, are used only to locate user photos, and are not used for identification or surveillance. Momentra does not store biometric identifiers beyond what is necessary for search functionality.
